Dr. Carolyn Smyth, DACM

Carolyn Smyth, Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, is a licensed acupuncturist and owner of Warrior Within Wellness and South Park Natural Medicine. She holds both MS and DACM degrees in the field of Chinese Medicine. In collaboration with San Diego based nonprofits, Carolyn provides acupuncture for post 9/11 veterans through Warriors Live On and women in recovery through Shakti Rising. Carolyn has an extensive background in counseling and community organizing. She also holds an MA in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego. Carolyn served as the president of the Board of Directors of the Karen Organization of San Diego whose mission is working with refugees from Burma.

Carolyn enjoys hiking, yoga and the Southern California sunshine.
